Frequently asked questions

Wywo is an AI chat assistant that provides real estate lead qualification for Australian real estate agencies. Below are the questions principals ask most before signing up, answered plainly — no sales language, no hedging.

What is Wywo?

Wywo is an AI chat assistant that qualifies real estate leads for Australian real estate agencies. It sits on an agency's own website, answers enquiries from the agency's real listings, and emails a scored, ready-to-call lead the moment a visitor is worth ringing.

What does Wywo actually stand for?

Whilst You Were Out. It's what the old pink message slips said — the ones that sat on your desk telling you who called while you were showing a property. That's the whole product: you come back, the messages are waiting, and they're already qualified.

Will it make things up about a property?

No — it answers only from the listings an agency loads into it, and it's instructed never to invent a property, a price, or an auction date. If someone asks about stock that isn't loaded, it says an agent will confirm the details and keeps the conversation going rather than guessing.

Does it book appointments itself?

No — it only collects the days and times a visitor says would suit them, and tells them an agent will check and confirm. It never claims a booking is locked in, because only the agency can actually commit to a time.

Does it replace my agents?

No. It covers the hours and moments agents can't — after hours, during an open home, mid-phone-call — and hands over the moment a lead is warm. Everything it collects lands in an agent's inbox with a readiness score, for a real person to work.

How much does Wywo cost?

Starter is $29.95 a month for one website, free for the first seven days and $19.95 for the first month after that. Pro is $79 a month for higher traffic, $54 for the first month. Office is $149 a month for up to three websites. Agencies with more than three websites can ask for a volume quote.

What about privacy and compliance?

Conversations and lead details are stored against the agency's account and remain theirs to export or delete. The assistant is instructed to give no valuations, no legal or finance advice, and never to factor in race, religion, family status or nationality. Agencies remain responsible under the Privacy Act 1988 for the enquirer information they collect, the same as with any enquiry form.

My website is managed by someone else — can I still use it?

Yes — forward them the one line of code from the dashboard. It takes two minutes to add and changes nothing else about the site. The dashboard then confirms the moment it goes live, so there's no need to keep chasing for an answer.

What happens if I cancel?

The assistant stops appearing on the website at the end of the billing period, and leads stay exportable for thirty days afterward. There's no exit fee and no phone call required to cancel.
