Buyer-to-listing matching chat

Wywo's buyer-to-listing matching chat compares every qualified buyer already in an agency's records against each new listing, and flags who's worth a call the moment stock goes live. It matches on suburb, budget, and bedrooms, and never surfaces a match against a buyer's stated blockers — a budget that's too low, or a suburb they've already ruled out.

Matching runs the moment a listing is added

There's nothing to trigger by hand. As soon as a new listing is entered — typed in, pasted from text, or read from a photo — it's checked against every buyer on file for that website, and a match count appears next to the listing straight away.

What counts as a match

A buyer's stated suburb has to genuinely fit the listing's, and their budget has to comfortably stretch to the price guide — a buyer whose ceiling sits well under what's being asked isn't shown as a match. Bedroom count and a stated finance position add further weight, so the shortlist an agent sees is the buyers actually worth ringing about that specific property, not everyone loosely in the area.

"Who have we got for it?"

That's the question every principal asks the moment a listing is signed, and most agencies answer it from memory. Wywo answers it from the actual buyer conversations the assistant has already had — each match shown with the buyer's name, contact number, budget, and why they matched, so a call can be made the same afternoon a listing goes live.

Questions agents ask

Where do the buyers being matched actually come from?

From every buyer enquiry the assistant has already qualified on the agency's own website — nobody is imported or bought in. The pool grows automatically as more enquiries come through the chat.

What stops it matching someone who can't actually afford the place?

Matching checks the buyer's stated budget against the listing's price guide, and a mismatch is treated as a blocker, not a near-miss — it won't surface a buyer whose ceiling is well under what the listing is asking.

Do I have to do anything for a new listing to get matched?

No — matching runs automatically the moment a listing is added to the dashboard. The match count appears next to the listing straight away.
